HWD designed and developed the new website for Vivacity-Peterborough, an organisation that manages all of the cultural, leisure, heritage and entertainment facilities owned by Peterborough City Council.
The site is integrated with 3rd party booking and payment systems for theatre tickets, gym classes & online donations, and presents a responsive, contemporary and accessible portal for Vivacity to offer opportunities for residents of Peterborough to take part in a myriad of activities across the city.
The content management solution offers all departments within Vivacity the tools to manage marketing activity across the site on a daily basis, and is integrated with 3rd party systems to a fully comprehensive What’s On guide covering all that Vivacity have to offer.
We provided all design, development, testing, support and training services throughout the project life cycle, including the migration of content their existing website, and we continue to provide hosting, SEO, support and consultancy since the website launched in Q3 2016.
The website receives around a quarter of a million page views across over 50,000 users per calendar month.
